Demshar’s Foundation, Inc. was registered as a 501 (c)3 public charity in 2018. It is run by volunteers, managed by a board of directors, and supported by corporate and individual sponsors.  There are no salaries or fees paid to officers, directors, or administrative personnel.  All financial information is audited annually and is available for review upon request.
